Laura Whitmore has become a mum again! The host welcomed her second child with hubby Iain Sterling in May and could not be happier.

The couple who wed in 2020 already share a daughter, whom they welcomed in March 2021 and are relishing being new parents again.

While Laura and Iain welcomed the child last month, they are keeping the sex of the baby secret for now.

She broke the happy news, writing ‘A new player has entered the game! ‘We welcomed the most precious baby last month, unexpectedly early and with dramatic flair (wouldn’t expect anything else). I had made a 5-hour birthing playlist this time…only played about 3 songs – ended up using it post birth. It’s a really good playlist, can somebody please use it.’

So far, she said she has been enjoying baby smells, lack of sleep and scrumptious hands and wrists.’

She also gave fans a heartwarming glimpse of their little one in a beautiful picture, which showed the baby’s hand resting on her chest.

Laura and Ian chose to keep their newborn’s name under wraps for the moment, but reportedly named their eldest Stevie Ré.

Stevie is believed to be after the singer Stevie Nicks, while Ré has Irish connotations, so could we expect a similar Rock n’Roll/ Gaelic combo for their second child?

And this child is going to be one stylish baby with proud dad Iain posting one outfit they have in the wardrobe.

The hat, cardigan and little booties, which look to be handmade, had the phrase ‘Littlest Living Legend,’ written on the back – very cute!

She first announced her pregnancy in February with a picture of her blossoming bump and quipped: ‘Instagram V Reality – Spoiler.

‘It wasn’t just a big meal Mama ate. She’s been cooking away! I’d like to thank stretchy pants and travel sick bags.’

Laura followed that up with a showstopping appearance at The Devil Wears Prada premiere, where she wore a daring ensemble of a black crop top, enormous balloon skirt and towering platform heels.
