Love Island’s Tommy Murphy has revealed he shared an off-camera kiss with Irish influencer Charleen Murphy after boldly ‘shooting his shot’ on Aftersun.

While the pair never crossed paths in the villa, Tommy made no secret of his interest in Charleen after leaving the show.

During Monday night’s live Love Island final, host Maya Jama caught up with several former Islanders to find out what they’ve been up to since leaving the villa.

When it was Tommy’s turn, Maya asked if there was anything he wanted to confess following his appearance on Aftersun.

Without hesitation, he replied: ‘Me and Charleen shared a kiss off camera.’

The camera then cut to a visibly flustered Charleen, who laughed as the audience cheered.

The confession came less than 24 hours after Tommy publicly flirted with the Dublin content creator during Sunday’s Aftersun.

During the episode, an audience member asked Charleen whether she would consider getting to know Aidan Murphy’s brother now that Aidan had left the villa.

‘Now that Aidan is out of the villa, will you be trying to crack on with the other Murphy brother?’ the audience member asked.

Laughing, Charleen replied: ‘I think the Christmas dinner would be a bit awkward. Probably not. It was more of a hindsight thing, but not a current.’

Tommy quickly seized the opportunity.

‘Do you want to come to mine for Christmas dinner?’ he asked.

Playing along, Charleen smiled and replied: ‘Yeah.’

Aidan then chimed in with: ‘Everyone’s welcome at the Christmas dinner,’ prompting Charleen to joke: ‘I don’t think I will be there.’
