This Morning host Cat Deeley was spotted on an apparent date night with a movie executive, 12 months after her split with Patrick Kielty

The Sun has reported that the new man in Cat Deeley’s life is film industry boss Charlie Coleman, an executive at Amazon MGM Studios.

The pair were reportedly seen watching Lewis Capaldi perform at American Express presents BST Hyde Park in London last Sunday.

Deeley and Patrick Kielty, the host of The Late Late Show, announced their divorce in a joint statement last July, confirming they had decided to end their 13-year marriage but would remain united as parents.

In a joint statement announcing their break-up in 2025, the couple said: ‘We have taken the decision to end our marriage and are now separated. There is no other party involved.

‘We will continue to be united as loving parents to our children and would therefore kindly ask for our family privacy to be respected.’

The couple, who have two sons, married in an intimate wedding ceremony in Rome in 2012 and relocated from LA to London in 2020.

Three years later, Kielty got the role as Late Late host and went on to spend much of his time in Ireland filming before returning to London.

In May, it was reported that Cat Deeley was open to dating again, almost exactly a year after revealing the split, and it appeared it wasn’t her first date with Charlie Coleman, with one onlooker saying the pair looked ‘very relaxed with each other.’

‘The pair were all smiles, laughing and animatedly chatting,’ the onlooker said. ‘At one point, Charlie touched Cat’s bare back affectionately, and she was also tactile with him as they sipped on drinks in paper cups.’

‘They seemed very relaxed with each other and shared several jokes. She was whispering in his ear, and they were bopping to the music. They didn’t seem to care who could see them.’

Coleman was poached from Warner Brothers last year, where he worked as marketing vice president, by Amazon MGM, and he has previously worked in LA for Disney.
