Beverley Callard has some positive news to share amid her battle with breast cancer.
The actress, 69, revealed her diagnosis in February and has been keeping her fans updated on her progress.
That has included some fresh setbacks, including in May when her doctors told her they were ‘a little concerned.’

Now though, she finally has some good news to share.
Beverley has completed all ten of her radiotherapy sessions and is ‘thrilled’ to come out the other side.
‘I’ve done it, I’ve just finished my last radiotherapy session. Fingers crossed,’ she said in a recent update.

Beverley added: ‘Yep, that was number 10 for me and lots of people have to have lots more, I know that, but for now that’s finished.
‘So hopefully, I don’t know for sure, but hopefully, I won’t need any more. To be honest, I feel a bit numb because yesterday I really struggled.
‘But today I’ve been fine, and now I’ve got to see the professor again in two months, and then I’ll know a lot more, and mammograms and oncologists and all that.’
‘But radiotherapy is finished for now, so I’m really thrilled,’ the actress concluded.
Beverley went on to add that she was too tired to celebrate but was going to enjoy a nice cuppa and a TV night.
Her update comes after doctors previously told her they were concerned she should have started radiotherapy sooner following her diagnosis.
