Role Administration Associate 

Location Waterford 

Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide Administration & Sales Support to the Individual Financial Planning team across the People

Solutions practice, managing queries/placements and ensuring services are coordinated and delivered effectively.

Key Tasks & Duties

· Understand client requirements and provide exceptional customer experience.

· Develop key, close working relationships and liaise with product providers on various issues.

· Deliver day-to-day servicing support to the financial planning team, supporting retention and development of business.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and that procedures and internal controls are fully adhered to.

· Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the daily pipeline, ensuring all workflow processes are implemented while

ensuring all responsibilities are carried out in accordance with procedures.

· Assisting in the general day-to-day administration of office tasks and various projects throughout the year.

· Co-ordinate the use of other Lockton specialist teams where required.

· Exceptional client relationship skills.

· Ability to manage time effectively, focusing on priorities, targets and deadlines.

· Ability to promote and implement processes for improvement.

· Good critical thinker and able to distil complex issues down into clear, actionable recommendations.

· QFA Qualification and experience in operations, ideally in a brokerage an advantage.
