Members of Mark White Fitness took part in a  Christmas Personal Fitness Challenge to raise much-needed funds for the St Vincent De Paul on Saturday, the 29th of September.
The Total amount raised through sponsorship cards, donations, bake sale, raffle, BBQ and bucket collection was a staggering €20,082.70c
This really was an incredible achievement once again from Mark and all the team and our thanks to them, and to you for supporting.

Mark White Taekwondo & Fitness Hosts Christmas Personal Fitness Challenge for WLR Christmas Appeal

Mark White Taekwondo & Fitness in Tramore launches the Christmas Personal Fitness Challenge at Tramore AFC on Saturday, 29th November, proudly supporting the WLR Christmas Appeal in aid of St Vincent De Paul. The event invites the entire community to come together, train hard, and raise vital funds for families who need help this Christmas. Gym members continue to gather sponsorship, and Mark encourages everyone to donate by adding his own sponsorship card in the gym on the day.

This community event blends fitness, fun, and festive giving. Mark White and the Tramore community step up each year, and this challenge promises another unforgettable day of energy, generosity, and local pride. Join the effort, support the WLR Christmas Appeal, and help make a real difference this Christmas.

Teams of six dive into a powerful rotation that includes Assault Bikes, Spin Bikes, Rowing Machines, Bodyweight HIIT workouts, and Strength Training.

WLRS Big Breakfast Blaa presenter Oliver Carrol will be there that morning and will be chatting with participants and supporters, and we will be crossing over live to Maria McCann on The Saturday Café.

The day grows even more festive with a Monster Raffle, a cake sale, and a BBQ ready for families, supporters, and participants. Visitors can enjoy food, fun, and fantastic prizes while helping a great cause.
