Members of Mark White Fitness will take on a twelve-hour Rowathon and Assault Bike challenge in aid of the WLR Christmas Appeal for St. Vincent de Paul Ireland on Saturday the 30th of November
Starting at midnight a twelve-hour rowathon and Assault Bike challenge will take place with twelve clients over the twelve hours in both events.
You can also drop in and join one of our boot camps from 7 am to 11 am on Saturday 30th and make a donation to this cause.
