These was an amazing atmosphere and an impressive spread at the first ever vintage themed Prosecco Afternoon Tea in aid of the Christmas Appeal in The Parlour Vintage Tearooms.
A total of 45 people sat down to delicious treats and delights, with tea and coffee served in traditional china cups, in the magnificent surrounds, reflecting times gone by.
The room was serenaded by the wonderful Nicola Harding and Dylan Browne who provided the entertainment. There were also parlour games including pass the parcel with prizes from Mulligans pharmacy, The Haven Hotel and Thin Gin.
The coffee was provided by locally owned coffee company Barista Bay coffee, with the prosecco donated by Musgraves.
Proprietor Sarah Jane Hanton and her staff looked after the guests so well and many commented on how they will definitley return to this unique location.
Thanks to all who supported the event, a total of €842 was raised.
