There will be an Irish Camino- Friday 6th September will see the walk taking place in Durrow along a 20km route of the beautiful Waterford Greenway. Saturday 7th September will see the group walk 20km of the Ardmore Camino.

Also, the Foundation will host a free six-week survivorship workshop for men and women recovering from cancer as part of its Survive and Thrive series. The Survive and Thrive workshop will include advice from experts on issues that cancer survivors often face including living with uncertainty, managing stress and fatigue and changing nutritional needs. The course, which is open to both men and women who have survived any type of cancer, will take place each Wednesday from 11th of September to the 16th of October 2019.  The course will be held in the Estuary Suite of The Park Hotel, Dungarvan Co. Waterford from 6:30-9pm each Wednesday evening. The course is free to attend but places are limited and registration is essential.
