The Waterford camogie team can make it two wins out of three in Divison 1A when they welcome Clare to Fraher Field on Saturday afternoon.
Déise manager Jerry Wallace wants to see his team bounce back from the defeat to Cork two weeks ago.
"It will be a tough game; we'll have to earn our victory. We need Bravehearts out here on Saturday, that's what I've been saying all week. We need to build on the win we had at the start of the season. If we can win on Saturday, it saves us from being involved in the relegation side of the division, it cements Waterford's development for 2025. Also, depending on other results, you're back in contention for the league final. I wouldn't mind meeting Cork again in the league final!"
Wallace believes that they must be more clinical in front of goal after shooting six second half wides and missing two goal chances last time out. "They're delivering in their defensive duties and the hooking and the blocking. I don't think that will desert them on Saturday. What this will come down to is converting what we're making. If we can take the three points on offer, it sets us up well for the games against Galway and Kilkenny. Anything can happen in this league at this moment in time."
Throw in is at 2 o'clock and Tomás McCarthy will have updates here on WLR.
