Fourmilewater defender Shane Ryan will make his National League debut for the Waterford hurlers in Sunday's trip to All Ireland champions Tipperary.
There are five changes from the team that defeated Galway last weekend. Stephen O'Keeffe, Michael Kearney, Peter Hogan and Dessie Hutchinson are all back in the starting fifteen.

The Waterford Senior Football Team to face Carlow tonight has been announced.
A pitch inspection is due to take place this morning to decide whether the game, which is due to throw-in at 7 pm, will go ahead.
