Waterford manager Davy Fitzgerald has named an unchanged starting fifteen for this weekend’s Munster Senior Hurling Championship showdown between the Déise and Tipperary.
Waterford are looking to make it back to back wins and significantly strengthen their case to make it out of Munster for the first time since the implementation of the round-robin format, having triumphed by 2-25 to 1-25 against Cork.
While the team to begin the game remains the same as that clash with the Rebels, Fitzgerald will be able to call upon Peter Hogan and Shane Bennett from the bench.
Shaun O’Brien starts in goal, while Kieran Bennett, Conor Prunty and Iarlaith Daly make up the full-back line.
Tadhg De Burca will operate in the half-back line with Mark Fitzgerald and Calum Lyons either side of him.
Man-of-the-match last time out Jamie Barron is partnered by Darragh Lyons in midfield.
Neil Montgomery, Stephen Bennett and Jack Prendergast are in the half-forward line, and Dessie Hutchinson, Michael Kiely and Kevin Mahony will look to provide the goal threat.
Tipperary are yet to name their team, and come to Walsh Park in need of victory having been well defeated against Limerick last time out, on a scoreline of 2-27 to 0-18.
