Waterford FC's Phoenix Patterson has been nominated for Young Player of the Year as well as First Division Player of the Year.
The Professional Footballers Association has announced the shortlists for their awards today.
The Blues' attacker has 20 goals to his name so far this season, as his side prepares for Friday's all-important promotion/relegation play-off with UCD.
For the Young Player of the Year award, he's in the running with Shamrock Rovers' Andy Lyons and Joe Redmond of St Pat's.

In the First Division Player of the Year Category, Patterson is nominated alongside Treaty United's Enda Curran and Stephen Walsh of Galway.

Last month, the 22-year-old was named the SSE Airtricity/Soccer Writers Ireland Player of the Month for September.
Rory Gaffney of Shamrock Rovers has today been announced as October's winner.
