Shamrock Rovers hit Waterford FC women for seven
Waterford FC women suffered a heavy defeat on the road in the League of Ireland Women’s Premier Division last night.
They were beaten 7-1 by Shamrock Rovers at Tallaght Stadium.
The Blues went 2-0 down in the first half but responded through a Chloe Atkinson penalty to trail 2-1 at the break, however a second half hat-trick from Emily Corbett saw the Dubliners cruise to victory.
