The Blues kick off their new season in the First Division this Friday night.
They make the trip to Ferrycarrig Park to play Wexford for the curtain raiser.
Danny Searle's side were beaten by St Pats in the final pre season friendly, but the manager will have been happy to get game time in all of his squad.
New signings
Waterford FC have given their prospects of earning promotion to the League of Ireland Premier Division a boost.
They've announced the signing of St Patrick's Athletic striker Ronan Coughlan ahead of the new season.
The Blues have also confirmed the addition of left-back Ryan Burke from Bohemians.
Speaking to WLR News, he says: "The ones we have brought in 100% strengthen the squad, and the ones who are coming in will 100% strengthen the squad."
He added, "We missed out on a few that we would really like to have gotten in, there's a couple of positions that we didn't get the A player we really wanted. I'll be honest though, with the next level that came in, we are delighted with that as well. The squad needs to be stronger this year and we've had some really strong players come in."
The campaign starts this Friday in Ferrycarrig Park, with Live commentary on WLR thanks to McConnells Toyota Waterford.
