Ahead of the Special Olympics World Winter Games in Turin, Italy, Special Olympics Ireland has announced the official selection of Team Ireland.
Eight athletes are set to compete in floorball and six athletes will compete in Alpine skiing.
The floorball team includes Waterford's Niall Corcoran, James Upton and Damien Kirwan.
The Alpine skiing team includes Clive Healy from Waterford.

Taking place from March 8th – 16th 2025, the games will see over 1,500 athletes from 103 countries compete in eight winter sports.
