Waterford FC have gone joint top of the Premier League table following a 2-1 victory over Sligo Rovers in the Showgrounds last night.
Gavin Holohan headed the Blues in front after 34 minutes. Adam Morgan equalised for the home side midway through the second half. Courtney Duffus netted the winner in the last minute.

The Blues will now play at home to Bohemians on Monday night.

Cork City suffered their first defeat of the season last night they lost 1-0 away to Dundalk. Patrick Hoban scored the decisive goal for the Lilywhites who are now just one point off the top two.
Elsewhere last night Shamrock Rovers hammered Derry City 6-1. St Pat's earned the bragging rights and all three points as they defeated Bohemians 1 - 0 in their Dublin derby.
Bray remain bottom of the league - they fell to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Limerick.
The band of Blues followers arrive at the ground at half time after a bus delay but by god was it worth the trip. Courtney Duffus firing him home a last minute winner after Gavan Holohan scored in the first half. Safe travels home to our fans that made the long journey.
