The senior intercounty action came to a close for Waterford teams last weekend with both camogie and ladies' football sides bowing out of their respective Championships.
Attention now moves down the age grades with competitions reaching the business end.

Waterford beat Limerick in the quarters, winning by eight points back in April.
Victory this evening would send them through to a second straight All-Ireland appearance, following their loss to Donegal in last year's decider.

The Déise beat Roscommon by seven points in their semi-final two weeks ago.
Camogie
Waterford contest the All-Ireland Camogie U16 Shield Championship semi-finals on Saturday afternoon.
The Déise finished second in the group, three points behind Wexford and today will meet Derry in the final four.
Waterford won four of their five games in the Championship, with their only loss coming to the Yellowbellies who topped the group.
They play Offaly in the other semi-final at 1 o'clock on the same day, with Waterford out on the pitch in Clane from three.
