Déise camogie boss Mick Boland is disappointed with the ticket allocation for Saturday’s All Ireland quarter final against Clare in Croke Park. The game acts as a curtain raiser for the first All Ireland hurling semi final between Cork and Dublin.

“Trying to get tickets is very hard,” Boland told WLR Sport. “The biggest problem with camogie matches, when they’re doubled with GAA matches, is that the lads seem to get all the benefits. We’re trying hard to get two tickets for every player. I know myself, from living in Cork, it’s hard to get a ticket down there. There should be tickets made available and put away in a safe place for the two teams. Be fair to the camogie teams that are after getting  to the All Ireland quarter finals. Give them an opportunity to have their supporters around them.”

Saturday’s All Ireland quarter final will be broadcast live on WLR with thanks to Supermac’s.
