Dungarvan jockey Trevor Whelan continued his recent fine form yesterday, carding a treble for three different trainers across the card at Salisbury.
Whelan's successes began by riding the Harry Eustace-trained Boadicia to a one and a quarter length success in a five-furlong handicap, at odds of 9/2.
Whelan then recorded a Listed success by guiding the Owen-Burrows trained Raqiya to score by a neck in the six-furlong Cathedral Stakes - that win coming at odds of 5/1.

There was still time for the Dungarvan man to record a treble not long after, justifying 5/6 favouritism aboard the Sheena West-trained Warranty to take the closing race with a length and three quarters in hand.
Trevor Whelan has now recorded seven wins in the last fortnight - operating at a strike rate of 19%.
