It was a weekend of huge success for members of Tramore Taekwon-do Club who were participating in the ITFU European Championships in Hertfordshire, England.
Four members of the club represented Ireland and came away with an impressive haul of medals.
Paula O'Gorman won a gold and silver; Stephen McGrath claimed two golds; Lia McGrath captured a gold and a silver; while Robin McGrath came away with bronze.
Speaking to WLR, instructor and coach Ambrose Murphy said he was thrilled with such success.
"We only sent four people and we came back with four golds, two silvers and one bronze - you can't ask for much more than that really," he said.
"They did themselves and Waterford proud. It was a real team effort."
Ambrose said the Waterford foursome faced stiff international competition.
"It shows that regardless of where you come from, once you put the work in, you can get results."
