The Waterford Senior Ladies Football team has received three nominations for this year’s TG4 All Star team.

Ballymacarbry’s Bríd McMaugh, Comeragh Rangers’ Emma Murray and Dungarvan’s Lauren McGregor find themselves among the shortlisted players.

Déise captain Murray is listed among this year’s midfield while McMaugh is nominated among the half-forwards with McGregor named in the full-forwards.

Forty-five players have been named with twelve from All-Ireland champions Dublin.

The Liffeysiders are closely followed by 2025 runners up Meath who received ten nominations.

Munster champions Kerry earned seven nominations with Galway receiving six.

Waterford received the fifth most nominations with three while Armagh and Cork received two each.

Kildare, Mayo and Tipperary rounded out this year’s shortlist with one nominee each.

The 2025 team will be announced at a gala banquet at the Bonnington Dublin Hotel on the 15th of November.
