Thomas Barr is back in action in a 400 metres hurdle race in the Paavo Nurmi Games in Turku in Finland.
The Waterford native runs from lane 4 and Barr's two main rivals appear to be Ramis Magi Estonia and Nick Smidt Netherlands.
Thomas had a win in Gothenburg last week is expected to challenge strongly throughout the race.
The race gets underway this evening at 7.50 pm.
