Ferrybank remain top of the Waterford Premier League following a 2-1 victory over Dungarvan United in Kilrush Park last night.
Sean Flynn gave them the lead just before halftime but Nicky Donnelly equalised for the Old Borough midway through the second half. Adrian Rockett scored the winning goal three minutes from fulltime.
Ferrybank have now 35 points compared to 31 for Hibernians, and 29 for Carrick United who have two games in hand.
Tonight Carrick United host bottom club St. Saviours in Tom Drohan Park.
Champions Hibernians are still in the hunt to retain their title, they welcome Southend United to Mitchell Kennedy Park.
