St Angela's Ursuline are through to their first All Ireland senior A camogie final after a nail biting 3-8 to 2-9 victory over Loreto from Wexford at the De La Salle grounds in Gracedieu this afternoon.
Goals from Annie Fitzgerald, Aoife Fitzgerald and Abby Flynn proved crucial as the red and navy survived a second half rally from Loreto.
Captain Annie Fitzgerald led the way with 1-5 for the Waterford school. Goalkeeper Leah O'Donoghue also saved a second half penalty from Lettie Whelan.
Joint-manager Conor O' Toole says it was their toughest battle of the season.
