The Waterford senior hurlers, ladies footballers and senior camogie side will all begin their respective Munster Championship campaigns this Sunday, April 27th – and all three fixtures will end up running at the one time.

First out to the field are the Waterford senior camogie side in what will be new manager Mike Boland’s first game in charge. They take on Tipperary in the Munster Senior Camogie Championship semi-final at the Tipperary Camogie Grounds at 1pm.

The Waterford ladies’ footballers also begin their Munster Senior Ladies’ Football Championship campaign in Tipperary as they take on the Premier at Fethard Town Park at 2pm.

While at 2pm at Walsh Park, the Waterford senior hurlers begin their Munster Senior Hurling Championship campaign when they welcome All-Ireland champions Clare.

All three fixtures will run concurrently once the hurlers and ladies footballers throw in in their respective clashes.

The news has been met with frustration from various Waterford supporters who are now having to pick between the games.
