Waterford FC has confirmed that a second player has contracted Covid-19.
The Blues were scheduled to play Sligo Rovers today but had to forfeit the game during the week due to an earlier case among the team.
The club says the player had been self-isolating and no other players have reported symptoms ahead of a second round of testing of the first team squad tomorrow.
