
Dungarvan United became the latest team to fall at the hands of Portlaw United in the Waterford Premier League’s 2025 season.
It is now four wins from their opening six matches in 2025 after the 3-1 win away in Kilrush Park on Saturday night.

Meanwhile on Sunday, Tramore dispatched of Ballinroad at St Lawrence’s Hall.
The Seagulls ran out 5-0 winners thanks to strikes from Aran O’Brien, Regix Madika and a Charlie Binions hat-trick.
The weekend’s results leave Tramore and Portlaw in second and third respectively.
At the other end of the table, the West Waterford duo of Ballinroad and Dungarvan United find themselves languishing in ninth and tenth respectively.
