Waterford FC owner Andy Pilley has been removed from the club's list of directors.
The 52-year-old was last week sentenced to 13 years in prison on four charges of fraud, as found by Preston Crown Court.
Forms filed with the Companies Registration Office show that Pilley is no longer a director of the club, effective from July 1st.
Fleetwood Town CEO Steve Curwood remains in his position, as does Andy's son, Jamie.
On the field, the Blues are back on the road tomorrow evening when they face Treaty United in Markets Field.
WLR will be bringing you that game live tomorrow evening, thanks to McConnell's Toyota Waterford.
