Pat Sullivan has stepped down as Waterford ladies football manager after four years in charge.
The Dungarvan man informed the county board of his decision over the weekend.
Sullivan led the Déise to the All Ireland intermediate title in 2015 and Division 3 glory in 2016.
Waterford retained their senior status earlier this month with a 3-13 to 1-13 victory against Tipperary in Callan.
