Despite being two games away from a record breaking tenth consecutive Waterford Senior Hurling Championship crown, Ballygunner manager Darragh O'Sullivan is well aware of the difficulty of the task that comes their way this evening.
His all conquering Gunners, now 53 games unbeaten in Waterford, take on Michael Ryan's Fourmilewater, unbeaten themselves in this year's championship having seen off Mount Sion, Tallow and Abbeyside.
Ballygunner are looking to book their place in an 11th consecutive county final, while Fourmilewater are looking to book their place in the decider for the first time.
Despite this, Ballygunner boss Darragh O'Sullivan believes they are one of the best teams in the province.
"I absolutely think the standard of club hurling is brilliant. Whether it's us or whoever that comes out of Waterford this season - whoever it is they should be focusing on winning Munster or the All-Ireland because that's the level that a number or clubs are at."
"If Founeilewater were to win this championship out, I think they should be focused on winning a Munster Club title, because I genuinely think they are good enough to do that."
Throw in at Fraher Field is at 6.30pm and WLR will bring you updates live thanks to Tomás McCarthy.
