Andy Farrell has made one change to his team that beat Wales last weekend, as the side prepares for a potential tournament decider with France this Saturday.
Dan Sheehan misses out on selection due to a hamstring injury, with Rob Herring getting the nod at hooker in his stead.
It's as you were for the remaining 14 starting players.
There is also one change to the bench with Ronan Kelleher available for service once again.
Ireland opened their account last weekend with an impressive 34-10 win in Cardiff, albeit against a Wales side that was low on confidence as well as low on time with their coach.
This weekend is an entirely different challenge with the defending Grand Slam Champions France coming to Dublin.
Prior to the tournament kicking off last weekend, both France and Ireland had been tipped as the two sides likely to win it outright. Those predictions were backed up on the opening day with both Ireland and the French winning their first games.
France however, unlike Ireland, did not rubber stamp their position as the favorites. They stuttered against Italy in Rome with the Italians and if not for a late try from Matthieu Jalibert it could have been a shock win for the ages.
Leading 24-22 with twenty minutes to go, Italy had stressed the French defense at every opportunity with coach Shaun Edwards describing it as the worst defensive performance he had seen from the team.
A better French side is expected to pitch up to the Aviva on Saturday and if both teams can play to their peak it could well mean the eventual championship winners are decided this weekend.
