Munster will take on Ronan O'Gara's La Rochelle in the Investec Champions Cup Round of 16. The game will take place on the weekend of April 4-6.
La Rochelle lost their final pool game in a shock result away to Benetton, 32-25, on Saturday with Munster narrowly losing away to Northampton in their final pool game, 34-32.
If Munster defeat La Rochelle they will face either Bordeaux Bègles away or Ulster at home in the quarter-finals. Should La Rochelle win they will also face Bordeaux away or Ulster at home.
Leinster finish seeded in second and they will take on Harlequins in Croke Park in their Round of 16. If Leinster win they will take on Glasgow or Leicester at home.
Tolouse and Bordeaux are on the opposite side of the draw to Leinster.
Ulster have snuck their way into the Champions Cup Round of 16 despite one win in four games. They will have a tough task when the go to top seeded side Bordeaux Bègles. If they come through that task they have either La Rochelle or Munster away in the quarter-finals.
In the Challenge Cup, Connacht are seeded in top spot after their 28-19 win against Cardiff at the Cardiff Arms Park on Friday. They will face Cardiff again in the Round of 16 at home. If Connacht win they will have home advantage of the winners of Perpignan and Racing 92.
