Waterford Premier League champions Villa will be at home for their Munster Junior Cup Last 16 tie.
The unbeaten side will face off against Killavilla United of the North Tipperary & District League.
Villa advanced to the Last 16 following a 12-2 victory over Kilmallock of Limerick.
Portlaw United will also face NT&DL opposition in the form of Moneygall.
Tramore AFC will be on the road as they travel to face Peake Villa of Thurles.
Whereas Dungarvan United are away to Bridge United of Clare.
De La Salle have yet to play their last 32 tie against Pike Rovers (Limerick). The winner will play Killarney Athletic (Kerry).
