Mona McSharry is gunning for her second medal of the European Shortcourse Championships in Glasgow this evening.

After smashing the Irish record in winning her semi final in a time of 1:04.36, the Sligo teenager goes from the centre lane for the final of the 100m breaststroke.

That final's set to get underway at 5.15pm.

Earlier this week, McSharry claimed bronze in the 50m breaststroke.
