Meanwhile, the Henry de Bromhead trained Chris's Dream at odds of 15/8 made practically every yard of the running capturing a beginners chase in the 2.10 at Navan.
There was also local success this afternoon across the water, as Dungarvan jockey Sean Houlihan brought 8/1 chance Man Of Plenty with a steady late run to take a Listed hurdle in the 2.25 at Sandown Park.
