Local GAA club seeking permission to construct seated stand
Portlaw GAA are seeking permission from Waterford City and County Council to construct a two hundred all seater spectator stand.
The proposal which was submitted to the local authority on the 11th of December 2025 also includes the demolition of an existing dug out, the provision of a covered bicycle stand and all associated site development works.
A decision is due to be made by Waterford Council for the project at Páirc de Hindeberg, Mayfield, Carrick Road, Portlaw by the 13th of February 2026.
