Kelyn Cassidy through to National Elite Competition final
Saviours Crystals boxer Kelyn Cassidy is through to the final of the men’s 80kg division at the National Elite Boxing Competition in Belfast.
Cassidy came out the right side of a 3-2 split decision in tonight’s semi-final against James Whelan of Dublin Docklands.
Cassidy will face Ryan Collins Murphy of St. Monica’s Down in the final tomorrow night.
He defeated Kevin Osogbokan Osifo (Cherry Orchard) 4-1 in the night’s other semi-final.
