Saviours Crystals boxer Kelyn Cassidy is tasting national success once again having won the men’s 80kg division final at the National Elite Boxing Competition in Belfast.

Cassidy prevailed in tonight’s final against Ryan Collins Murphy of St. Monica’s Down on a 5-0 score line.

Cassidy is the second Waterford boxer to taste success at the competition as Tramore’s Zara Breslin won the women’s 60kg final earlier this evening.
