Cappoquin midfielder Jayson Molumby celebrated a landmark appearance this week as he lined out for West Bromwich Albion for the 150th time.
The 26-year-old lined out in midfield in a 1-0 EFL Championship win against Norwich City on Wednesday night – a victory which moved the Baggies up to 4th in the table as they seek promotion to the Premier League.
Molumby has had a fine start to the season, form which has seen him recalled to the Republic of Ireland squad for upcoming FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Portugal and Armenia – where he will be hoping to add to his 29 senior caps for his country.
Jayson joined West Bromwich Albion on a permanent deal in 2022 having initially crossed channel to join Brighton & Hove Albion.
He also had successful loan spells at Millwall and Preston North End before settling at the Hawthorns – where he has scored 9 goals.
