Tottenham have sacked Thomas Frank following another defeat, this time at home to Newcastle on Tuesday night.
Spurs are still without a Premier League win in 2026 and sit 16th, just five points above the relegation zone. After blowing a 1-0 lead against Newcastle, the club decided to act.
In a statement, Spurs said results and performances had forced the board to make a change.
Frank was appointed in June 2025 and led the club to Europa League glory last season, their first trophy in 17 years, but league form has collapsed since.
Club legend Robbie Keane has emerged as an early candidate to replace him. The former Spurs striker is currently managing Ferencváros in Hungary and is among the bookmakers’ favourites.
Spurs face a tough run of fixtures, including games against Arsenal, Liverpool, and Sunderland, as they battle to avoid being dragged into a relegation fight.
