Tadhg De Burca has been the standout performer in this year's premier intermediate hurling championship according to GAA writer with the Dungarvan Observer Tony Ryan.
The All Star centre back slotted seven points in Clashmore/Kinsalebeg's semi final win over Ballysaggart last weekend. They will take on Brickey Rangers in Saturday's county final at Fraher Field.
"He looks like a giant among men out on the field. It's a pleasure to see him playing. He knows where the ball is going to drop. He is always under it even if teams are trying to keep the ball away from him! We're lucky to see him playing. He deserves to play senior club hurling but all the others have to row in behind him."
