Former Waterford player Dave Webster scored a stoppage time goal to extend the Waterford hoodoo in Finn Park which stretches back to 2013.
He cracked home a 93rd minute goal after the Blues defence had failed to clear a Barry McNamee corner kick as Ollie Horgan's side claimed three points and preserve their unbeaten record (including a 100% record at home) in the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division.

John Martin had given the visitors the lead with a header on 36 minutes, as he powerfully headed home a Jamie Mascoll free from the right.
Adam Foley, who is experiencing a rich vein of form for the Donegal side was given too much time and space to get the equaliser for the hosts five minutes later as the sides went in level (1-1) at the interval on a bitterly cold evening.
Waterford’s substitutes Isaac Tshipamba Mulowayi and Daryl Muphy combined with the former putting in an excellent cross from the right only for Mark Anthony McGinley in the Harps goal to save the header from former Republic of Ireland international Murphy.
It looked like the Blues were going to take what would have been a hard earned point from the game, however David Webster had other ideas and his stunning strike flew past Brian Murphy as Harps celebrated the win which sees them go joint top with St. Patrick's Athletic at the summit.

Waterford are back on home soil next weekend as Bohemians visit the RSC on Friday evening for a 5:45 kick-off.

As things stand, Sligo Rovers now sit in third in the league table, followed by Drogheda, while Shamrock Rovers tough it out in fifth. Bohemians and Longford Town round out the mid-table spots, while Waterford, Dundalk and Derry City hold on at the bottom end of the table.
