A large attendance is expected at Gowran Park on Saturday will see the Willie Mullins-trained Saint Sam bid to become the first back-to-back winner of the Grade 2 Red Mills Chase in 13 years.

His own stable companion Classic Getaway and Henry de Bromhead’s Journey With Me are the only opposition but a field of six goes to post for the earlier Grade 3 Red Mills Trial Hurdle for which the Mullins-trained Kitzbuhel is the standout contender.

Racing at Gowran Park on Saturday begins at 1.20pm.

While on Sunday, the Philip Rothwell-trained Duffys Hodey can complete a hat-trick of wins in the David Trundley Artist At Punchestown Novice Handicap Hurdle at Punchestown.
