Waterford’s Ellis McHugh wins her heat at European Youth Olympics Festival
Waterford athlete Ellis McHugh has won her heat at the European Youth Olympics Festival semi-final in Skopje, North Macedonia this morning.
The Ferrybank athlete came home first in the girls’ 400-metre hurdles in a time of 59.99 seconds.
She will compete in the final on Friday morning.
