Local trainer Henry De Bromhead made a perfect start to Cheltenham week sending out Grand Jury the 5/4 favourite to an easy success this afternoon in the 2.55 contest at Punchestown.


The Knockeen trainer is well represented in the Cheltenham Racing Festival which begins tomorrow afternoon.
He has seven runners on the opening day alone.


Aspire Tower and Honeysuckle go in tomorrow’s feature, the Champion Hurdle.


Henry de Bromhead sends out Ballyadam and Irascible in the opener. Captain Guinness goes in the 1.55 and Minella Melody is his representative in the 3.40.
