County Under 21 Hurling final goes ahead this afternoon

Fraher Field stages the eagerly awaited County Under 21 'A' Hurling Championship Final this afternoon.

For the third year in a row, Abbeyside and De La Salle will battle it out for the Tony Mansfield Cup.

De La Salle, who are seeking a fourth successive title have defeated the Villagers in the last two finals and they finished strong to see off Ballygunner in last weekend's Eastern Final.

It's been four weeks since Abbeyside captured their third straight Western title as they overcame Cois Bhride after extra-time.
