
Waterford and Ballygunner star Cormac Spain has been named the Electric Ireland Minor Hurler of the Year – as the Ballygunner star scored 8-75 along the way to Waterford landing All-Ireland glory at Semple Stadium.
There are five Waterford representatives on the team as defenders Conor Lynch (Geraldines / Aglish) and Darragh Keane (De La Salle), midfielder Gearoid O’Shea (St. Molleran’s) and wing-forward Shane Power (De La Salle) also make the panel.
