After an outstanding loan spell in 2025, Noonan made the move permanent from Shamrock Rovers ahead of the 2026 season under Head Coach Jon Daly.
The 22-year-old was a key figure for the Blues last season, making 36 appearances, scoring nine goals, and providing six assists. He made an immediate impact from day one, scoring his first senior goal away to Sligo Rovers and quickly becoming a vital part of the midfield.
Originally from Kildare, Noonan came through the Shamrock Rovers academy, featuring for their senior side in both domestic and European competition, and earning international recognition with Ireland U21s.

Speaking after signing, Conan said:
“I’m absolutely delighted to be back at the club permanently and I loved last season and can’t wait to get going again under Jon Daly. The fans were unbelievable, and I’m really excited for what’s ahead. Up the Blues!”
Head Coach Jon Daly added:
“Conan is a hugely talented young player with real quality. Securing him on a long-term deal shows our ambition as a club, and we’re thrilled to have him.”
