Waterford army rider Commandant Geoff Curran and the 16-year-old Irish-bred stallion Bishops Quarter have claimed another huge Puissance victory, this time at the Horse Of The Year Show in Birmingham.

Fenor-born Curran was the only rider to clear the big red wall in all five rounds of jumping, clearing 2 metres 20 in the final round to win the "Horse Of The Year Show Puissance" for the second year running.

The result comes on the back of another Puissance win for the Irish pair at the Dublin Horse Show back in August.

Curran was interviewed after his win, you can see the full chat here.
